ABOUT
In 1985, God blessed me with a son who I named Kristoffer. Over the early years of his life, we began to notice behaviors that were not necessarily in line with what was deemed "normal" for his peer group. During this time, there was little to no information available or known about Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Asperger Syndrome (AS).
As a result, Kristoffer and I endured years of challenges with respect to the appropriate diagnosis, support and services, school placement and acceptance.
Today, even though he is thriving, the opportunity still exists to close the service gap for adults on the spectrum and those who have Aspergers Syndrome.
Upon retiring from almost 40 years in Corporate America, I decided to integrate my Program Management experience with my years of navigating support and resources as well as advocating on behalf of my son and provide a service to Parents/Guardians who have children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder or Aspergers Syndrome.
